Getting to my online class?

But my user ID (Melody) doesn't work and I can't create a new one for the same email. When I try to recover my password it tells me I am not a user yet

Hey Melody,

When Richard bought the class for you, I sent him an email with log-on instructions...I didn't know it was your class, which is why you didn't get the note.

We occasionally have problems with older registrations from last year. It generally just takes a couple minutes to work this out, so please call me first thing in the morning and I'll fix it with you.
