The best, most convenient and economical training ground in SE Asia for technical & wreck penetration diving is right there in the PI, at the deep reefs of Puerto Galera/Verde island and the shipwrecks at Subic Bay, or Coron. Now if only Poh can come over from Singapore and Andrew G from California, you would have some great instruction as well. In the meantime, you can get excellent related courses at Techasia.
