Hi Shawn,

We turned the Chat feature off for a few days, as we are testing a new live chat software. I've turned the old chat feature back on for now. I'm interested in how much use that feature gets.

Thanks, Jeff. I was referring to the monthly chat which I seems to have enabled itself right at 7:30 (unless that is when I noticed it) so I was able to read the conversations.
