Where do we find the "Online Knowledge Base Area" ?

You are correct, that when you buy Membership or buy the studnet package which includes membership you also get access to the Members Only Group (http://www.unifiedteamdiving.com/group/utdmemebersonly) . In this group you have a Knowledge Area which has resources and documents that are not open to everyone who is not a member. Some are in the individual classes but as a paid member you have access to all these resources. As a member you also have some added benefits that are listed on the website. So if you did not receive an email asking you to join the Member only group, please contact jeff@unifiedteamdiving.com. He will check your purchase status and immediately send you an access email.
