Graf Zeppelin Areial photo 1944

Hi

 I have in my files and it shows the graf zeppelin inport under  construction in 1944 in Stettlin' The photo were taking by the R.A.F. There is history behind the photo's I have they were taken by the photo Interpretation units of the 325th Photographic Wing, Reconnaissance, 1st AAF photographic Intelligence Detachment,

The sortie's  wee taken by the  106G/4410 flown by RAF on Feb,21, 1944.  These are the last photo's taken of the carrier before the Russians took control and reflorated her after her special crew sank her in mud.

 Does anyone else have a phot of this ship from the air taken at2,000 ft? The book that was put out by a guy name steve Burton only has photo's taken in 1941 and at a repair workdock at GDYNIA and the carrier was never there. She was at dockside underconstruction in Stettin.

  In my photo you can see the carrier very clearly at a good alitute. in his the carrier is on the land side of the dock, and ships going out to sea.  In my photo there are no ships and the other ship around her are also named. All in 1943-44.

  My dad was in England in 1952-55 helping the British Air command with their air defenses after was which was part of the Air Forces job to help lengthen their runways for jet bomber and fighter against Russia.

  That's how he came across the books of photo's that were being destroyed. His is not a copy but the original photo of the GRAF Zeppelin.
