I have Primary in my right pocket and backup in my left.

Right pocket: Wetnotes, spool, SMB, Picktail ekstra spools.

Left pocket: Safety spool, Mask, Leash, spare doubleenders.

Spool, SMB and secondary spool on the left; Wetnotes, spare mask and leash on the right.

Other things depends from the size of the pockets ;-).

A picktail, is your line markers (arrows and cookies) that you use in cave diving.

I use wetnotes and spare mask in the right...SBM and spool in the left...because size of the pockets...
