Instructions for LIVE Online Webex Class

Welcome to Unified Team Diving's Live Online Webex Classroom.

You will soon be partaking in one of the industries most advanced online training systems. This is an exciting step for sure and because it is your first time doing this interactive LIVE Online Webex Class there are a couple of things you will need to do to ensure that you are prepared for the LIVE Online Webex Class. So this is a step by step guide to help you through the process of setting up your Webex meeting Center. Make sure you complete each step and be ready for your LIVE Online Webex Class.

UTD Registration
Register for your UTD Class by
- Completing the UTD Student Registration Form

Purchasing the Online Classroom Materials
- Online Classroom Materials and Membership Package - (If you are not a member this is the best value)

Purchase a LIVE Online Webex Online Class
- Purchase the appropriate LIVE Online Webex Class

Go to Webex Meeting Center
Go To Webex

- Review Calendar and find the LIVE Webex Class you want to take and Register on Webex website
- Go to Support - Click Down Loads

- Download Appropriate meeting center application for the browser and operating system you have
- Install your specific meeting center application
- Once Installed Go Back to Webex Site

- Click Setup
- Click Meeting Center
- Follow Instructions.
- Tune Microphone
- Tune Output Volume - Is set to Headphones or speakers.
- Best is to have a Headset or head phone 
- If you are set the output to speakers you will have to push CRTL to talk (this avoids feedback)
- If you have Headset or are setup for output to headphones then your Voice of IP is automatic
- Click New Account
- Set Yourself Up an account for future login made easy
- Always Download the User manuals

LIVE Online Webex Class
(NOTE: Must have your headphones plugged in before you start the meeting center)
- Once you have registered and logged in you will need to go to the meeting
- Put in the password we will send you
- Once in the meeting room
- Go to Audio
- Do Audio Wizard Setup if you haven’t already
- Activate the Voice Of IP
- Activate Voice over IP or Join the Voice of IP conference
- Check Mic Levels and Output Levels (Little window that does this)
- Make sure you are Unmuted
- Go to Video (Located next to Poll next to Participate on right side)
- Click Send Video
- Use the tool button (next to pause)to adjust video image as needed
- Adjust how many video thumbnails you want, click the 4, 6 or single squares

Congratulations you are now ready for battle.
