Want to become a UTD instructor in 2011? Unified Team Diving is an agency that has a clear business model for instructors, a vast library of training materials for both students and instructors, and a clear path to advanced training. We have instructors world wide and a huge online community. We teach, we dive, and we have fun. Our plans for 2011 include the addition of only 36 new instructors, following which we will be working off a waiting list. So if you are interested in one of those crossover slots, please contact me to schedule an interview, when we will discuss expectations (your and ours), talk about who and what UTD is, review our business and training plans, and look at the logistics and finances of our instructor development programs. Many instructors join UTD and come in at their current level...there is no requirement to start from scratch. At the same time, we are accepting new instructors and recreational instructors who are currently diving in a UTD protocol...everyone needs a place to start. We are casting a net to find the 36 instructors who want to grow with us both personally and professionally. Please let us know if you think you are one of them.
