"my thought was that the rubber washer could help stop the webbing from pulling over the bolt which sounds like what is happening with joe"

It was nice to finally meet you! The backplate and wing look awsome. Are you taking them out this weekend? Looks like Matt got you all set up, but let me or Brian know if you have any questions. BTW - we'll be at cove 2 tomorrow - look for us if you are there.
