The start of my Great Lakes Wreck Diving Season
Today a group of divers hit Lake Huron and the conditions were truly outstanding. With seas less than 1' and vis at least 30'; the dive gods were certainly shining on us - even if the sun didn't come out till we returned back to the harbor.The Dive was organized by UTD' s own James Mott (and Sea the World Scuba).I have added some new images from todays dives (OK, only from the second dive as I had an equipment fubar on our dive on the Mary Alice). - I love of all types of diving from the cold water Great Lakes wrecks to the tropical Pacific. Recently I have been doing more serious diving including getting into the cave "thing". I did the NACD Cavern and Intro (w/doubles) last November and just completed my Cave Apprentice and Advanced Nitrox class on 4/3/2009.
