Essentials class in Europe in 2010 - when / where?

Hello! I`m interested to do Essentials in 2010 anytime, anywhere in Europe. I live in Romania. I`ve started diving on 1st may 2010 and i have 34 dives so far, certified AOWD and in love with DIR way. I want to do Essential class because i feel that will be a boost to my knowledge & vision of DIR diving.Thanks,MishaSee More

If you are flexing (doesn't have to be straining) and your body gets into a feet heavy position, then it's good to look at equipment configuration. You might need to adjust buoyancy and weight to impact your trim. I have a series of articles on trim and buoyancy that might help.
