hey buddy had a great dive today, did the cut for the first time. I took off 4pounds and think that 2more wont be a problem. working the frog and mod frog much better. Karen said she learned quite a lot from the essintials and that you are a fantastic diver. gosh. lol I'm free the next 3 weekends if you want to have me help you with your trim and stuff.
