Does UTD teach to use Ratio Deco as the main tool for developing decompression strategy or as the backup for deco software?

"Hey Vladimir. Rule of thumb - if you expect to use it on a dive - it goes to right pocket. If it's a backup - it goes to left pocket. Regards Maciek"
