Please join us in congratulating UTD Instructor (and Instructor Trainer) Simone Nicolini of Argentario Divers on completing his mCCR 1 and pSCR 1 instructor upgrades. Simone and Stefania Mensa just spent a week training and diving at UTD HQ in Carlsbad.

Hi Mike, We use the brass bracket primarily to keep the head attached to the bands, so to dismantle for cleaning or repacking the head stays in place and you can simply pull the canister off. I didn't have the issue with the CL placement, but…
