New UTD Foundational and Scientific Diver Instructor in San Francisco (Bay Area)

Please congratulate  Elliott Jessup, Dive Safety Officer at the California Academy of Sciences, on becoming the 68th UTD Foundational and Scientific Diving Instructor. In addition to becoming an instructor for the most prestigious training agency in the world, Elliot also joins the small but growing group of UTD Instructors who are also DSO's at various organizations that incorporate the UTD Essentials of Scientific Diving Program into their organizations' scientific and research diving programs.*

Elliott came highly recommended when he was co-ADSO at the Georgia Aquarium working closely with Mauritius Bell, another UTD Instructor. After receiving a full time position at California Academy of Sciences, Elliott decided to pursue his UTD Instructor rating to both prepare the Academy's research divers with the UTD Scientific Diving program and to offer other UTD classes throughout the San Francisco Bay area. He and UTD Instructor Don Chennavasin will be working together to offer a full range of UTD classes in the bay area.
